LPS Summer Technology Program
The Lincoln Public Schools 2008 Summer Technology Program is for students entering grades 5-9 next fall. The purpose of the program is to provide upper elementary and middle level students an opportunity to explore their interest in computers and technology.
One week courses will be offered beginning June 9th and running through July 11. All classes will be held at the Information Technology Focus Program, 285 South 68th Street Place, Fourth Floor.
Hands-on computer experiences in video production, music production,animation, robotics, programming and graphic design are among some of the typical course offerings.
Sessions are filled with fun, age-appropriate activities using stateof the art hardware and software. All classes are taught by certified
LPS classroom teachers. Registration forms will be available in elementary/middle school offices and on the web at "http://stp.lps.org". Walk in registrations areaccepted at the Information Technology Focus Program, 285 S. 68th Street Place, Fourth Floor. Check the web site for details as they become available or call 436-1776
